Class Information

DOGTAG Foundation Skill Class, Handling Class, and Regular Agility Class Prerequisites:

	Dog must be able to perform a reliable "stay" (sitting, standing, or lying down) off-leash, with handler moving around.
	Dog must be able to perform a reliable "come" off-leash, with distractions such as other dogs and people milling around.
	Dog must not exhibit any aggression towards people or dogs at any time.
	Dog must be at least one year of age to be registered for classes or if younger by permission of instructor only.
	Copy of proof of vaccinations are required to be submitted with registration and class fees.

DOGTAG reserves the right to refuse registration or limit jump height to any dog whom, in DOGTAG's opinion, is not in a physical condition conducive to agility training.

DOGTAG Missed Class Policy:

There are no refunds or make-ups allowed for missed classes.

DOGTAG Class Cancellation Policy:

Class schedule is subject to change due to agility trials, inclement weather,
and other extenuating circumstances.

Classes canceled by DOGTAG will be made up.

DOGTAG Agility Foundation Skills Class Fees:

	Agility Foundation Skills: $120 for the first 8 consecutive one to one and 1/2 hour classes.
	This class is a Six month commitment.

* Thereafter fees are due in advance on a monthly basis. i.e. $60 for the next 4 consecutive one to one and 1/2 hours classes and is due 4 weeks after your first 8 week enrollment begins.

DOGTAG Regular Agility Class and Handling Class Fees:

	Advanced Agility Class: $100 for 8 consecutive one hour classes.
	This class is at least a 4 month commitment.

* Thereafter fees are due in advance on a monthly basis. i.e.: $50 for the next 4 consecutive one hour classes and is due 4 weeks after your first 8 week enrollment begins.

Reserving a Spot:

Class fees, proof of vaccination, and a signed and completed registration form
is required to reserve a spot. Classes will fill on first come first served basis.

Class fees must be kept current to hold your position in the class.

DOGTAG Class assignments:

All class assignment are made by DOGTAG instructors.

Restroom facilities available (Porta-Potty).

Visitors are welcome to come and watch. For the safety of our students and their dogs, only dogs that are enrolled in a class, scheduled for a private lesson, or an evaluation are allowed at the training facility.

Drop-ins: Individual classes may be attended on a space-available basis (with prior approval) at a cost of $20 per class. You must fill out and sign a DOGTAG Agility Enrollment Form prior to training at our facility.

Private Lessons:

	$60 per hour for one person
	$30 per half-hour for one person
	$70 per hour for two people / two dogs.
	There will be a $25.00 cancellation fee if you cancel your lesson within 72 hours of your appointment.
	You must fill out and sign a DOGTAG Agility Enrollment Form prior to training at our facility.
